Time – ore the absence of time is something that sometimes determines live. Always forced to structure time wisely, productively, to exploit all opportunities. And the important time we never recognize… But can we perceive time in a different way? Experience time in it’s character of the “always now“ – moments, passing by in a constant flow of now filled with happenings.

The Moment

The Moment

The moment ist a strange thing. It is characterized by ists on volatility and determined by its own disappearance – without ever dissolving it self. How can we make this quality of the moment experienceable? The now between the future and the past?

How must an instrument ore tool work, when it is designed to make moments experienceable – without measuring, counting or documenting them? Time passes by – without anything to do with it, it can not be stopped and is more likely to be understood as a background noise. A background noise that can not be turned off that creates a basis for which everything that happens.

"Niemand schien zu merken, dass er, indem er Zeit sparte, in Wirklichkeit immer ärmer, immer  gleichförmiger und immer kälter wurde. […] Aber Zeit ist Leben. Und das Leben wohnt im Herzen. Und je mehr die Menschen daran sparten, desto weniger hatten sie.“
